Some experts would define resilience as the capacity to withstand or recover quickly from difficulties. For organizations, we talk about building capabilities to respond to market disruptions, global shocks or cutting-edge innovation that significantly changes the competitive dynamics.

Our most recent global shock, the pandemic, is now in the past. However, the World Economic Forum has identified economic downturn, cyber insecurity, societal polarization and extreme weather events as risks to the economy over the next two years.
