For over twenty-two years, Chuck has consulted with companies across numerous industries to build workforce capability and enhance strategic competitiveness. His experience with organizational scale ranges from multi-billion dollar corporations to small start-ups.
Bernie works with leaders at all levels in organizations from Managers to Presidents to help strategize, lead, and facilitate transformational change to grow individual and organizational capability. Bernie has his Masters degree in Organizational Development and has spent most of his career in this space. He continues to work with organizations today to build individual and organizational capability.
John W. Egan works closely with senior executives across a variety of industries and organizational situations to help them leverage their human resources potential to increase organizational effectiveness and improve bottom-line results. The focus of his consulting practice includes: the design / facilitation of leadership development programs, support for re-engineering / change management initiatives and executive coaching.
