Synopsis: Stop The Detonation of a Nuclear Device

Our experience has shown us that teamwork is a key element for developing organizational agility. Participants in this exercise must determine the location of the nuclear device utilizing a limited set of clues. They will have to work under the pressure of a time clock while trying to solve the problem. During the experience of deciphering the clues participants will reach critical decision points that they must collectively determine the best course of action. The exercise is designed to improve communication and problem solving skills of the participating group.
