Synopsis: Search for Hidden Treasure

This exercise is designed as a sequel to the skill development experienced in the "Stop The Detonation Of A Nuclear Device" teambuilding activity. Participants will continue to work under the pressure of a time clock as they attempt to solve the problem. The facilitator will not only monitor the advancement of problem solving and communication skills, they will analyze how well the group assigns tasks and places team members in the best position to make significant contributions.
